I booked on the day of arrival as my husband’s flight from the US was so delayed so it made sense to stay over as we live down in Cork. It was very easy to book and check in online,add parking and a late checkout. Late checkout was 3pm which really took the pressure off.
The hotel is so close I was able to walk to meet my husband at the gate.
I got room service. Being able to use qr codes to order food was really good. The quality of food was great and it was prompt.
The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The window opened so plenty of fresh air.
This hotel has been the easiest to find and get into while driving, and I have tried a few. This will be something i will do again and it will be my go to

We checked in late afternoon (16:30) before our early...
We checked in late afternoon (16:30) before our early morning flight back to the states. Our room was ready for us, and was a very lovely, quiet room, with all the comforts one might expect. After check in we used Uber to go to the Pier House in Howth for a wonderful dinner. (Highly recommend!) After dinner, we returned to the lounge downstairs in the hotel. It was very nice, except for some rowdy children whose parents totally ignored the fact that other guests were present... no fault of the hotel. The next morning, we used the very convenient and comfortable shuttle from the hotel to the airport. This is so much easier than leaving from any downtown hotel. We will definitely do this again for any last nights in Dublin . Very highly recommend!

Exceptional hotel, staff at check-in, bar, waiting and cleaners do a good job and are welcoming and friendly. Decor is superb including fresh flower arrangements and breakfast was fabulous, the choice was amazing. Courtesy bus from airport was so handy, bus drivers had the same high standards of staff at the hotel. Highly recommend.Ní Loideáin

Our flights in and out of Dublin were late and early morning so we couched our first and last nights in this hotel, utilizing the shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were very kind, and twice stopped for us when they were taking off and saw we were coming. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable family rooms. It wasn’t cheap but we didn’t see anything cheaper.

It was comfortable, convenient, and the hotel and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Phillip, the Carlton airport shuttle driver. He went above and beyond the call of duty in his extensive effort to return my misplaced cell phone. The reception desk was also extremely helpful. I would recommend the Carlton to anybody needing a Dublin Airport hotel.
