Good location. It felt like we were on the quieter side of town. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and went out of their way to help.
We asked if we could have a later check-out and they kindly extended it to late afternoon with no additional charge.

We really enjoyed the customer service. The staff were exceptional, especially Sameera, Nan Thiri Mon, Viraj and Lakmal. These are the names we know, but all staff were lovely. We did have a lovely room, one of the best in the hotel. Our best food in the hotel was the food prepared by the poolside bar.
