Staff were very professional and friendly. Location was great just a short walk up a hill from the main strip in a quiet area. Also very close to most of the attractions in the area which is helpful if you want to reduce $$ on transport. The property were also very accomodating with our dates of stay given some unexpected circumstances.

Easy to find and close to the station. Better to take a Tuktuk as takes about 20 min walk and is up a hill. Has a lovely pool . Breakfast was amazing.

The rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean. There were towels and tea and coffee provided. There were no ceilings fan only one stand fan. We were in a 5 bed room so it got quite stuffy. However the staff was really helpful and got us an extra stand fan. After that it was better. The breakfast was good, with bread, eggs, some sri lankan choices. It was sent to the room. Location ideal.. Near to Adams peak and to the centre. Only big issue was... THE HOT WATER. the hot water was only hot for the first person who took a bath.. After that it was not hot..it was just like warm. The staff was friendly and kind. That made up for everything.
