I booked 1 room for 3 adults from 15th till 16th of March. I was planning to check in at 22 in the evening of the 15th , but we lost of time at the border and arrived at the hotel at 23-45 of the 15th. The hotel was closed. I haven’t got email with room’s number and security code. My family and I were left outside in the middle of the night. I had to look for other hotel and went to another city. At 6-33 in the morning on 16th of March I got email with room’s number and security code. But why do I need it the next day?
I’ve never seen such a terrible attitude towards guests.
I demand my money back!

I've spent only one night in Hrubieszów. And I don't have a chance to walk the streets - only to go through the town and look through the car's window. On my opinion traveler can spend a day or two in Hrubieszów to feel the town's vibes and see it's historical partSergii - 8.0Scored 8.0
We stayed in an apartment.
We stayed in an apartment. The rooms in the main building were booked out because of the Polish/Ukraine border that was too busy to be able to pass the other side on that night. So we were obligated to find something close. However the apt was superb. The restaurant and Bar are of high standards. Mot of the staff speak english.PinoMItaly
