Location was excellent, close to the river and all the activity and restaurants. The room was lovely with views out onto the river and breakfast was excellent with lots of choice each day. The reception staff were most helpful and helped us to organize some tours. We always looked forward to having a drink in the bar at the end of the day and Joao in particular was so pleasant and friendly and he is certainly and a great asset for the hotel.

The breakfast was really good, the wifi as well. The location was amazing and the hostel was really good. I slept in a dorm with 3 other women. I loved that there was a curtain tot close of the bed. It created privacy.

Hotel was well located for sightseeing in Porto, easy walking to all areas of the city or short stroll to metro. The staff were very helpful with advice for what and when to see city attractions. Very nice roof top bar with great views of the city, lovely place to end a day sightseeing.

Staff overall was FANTASTIC!! I was made to feel very welcome, and very comfortable in Porto (nothing was too much of an ask) Drinks from the bar and kitchen was of a good quality Great location Most of the facilities in my room were off good quality I was provided with a portable heater which I really appreciated (it was ready upon my arrival) I really appreciated the hand lotion and shower gel (brilliant quality) I also liked the décor in the room I also really appreciated that the room came with breakfast and a minicab from the airport to the hotel (this was much appreciated)

The room was very spacious, and the hotel is quite modern in general. All the amenities were there: a minibar, a kettle for tea, etc. The bed was quite comfortable.
