The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I am very grateful to Kaan at reception; he helped me a lot during my stay. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is located next to a shopping mall, so you can save time on taxi rides. The hotel needs very little renovation, but compared to other hotels in Istanbul, Ramada is great for its value. (Friendly tip for the manager: the room door on the 0 floor should always be closed.)
