Staff was very helpful but AC and WiFi was not working properly due to which I had difficulty in staying in hotel room. Staff does provided me with all the support.

Honestly there was nothing to like about this property, for the price we paid and for the declaration that it is a 5 star hotel it is just horrible. The hygiene of this hotel is highly questionable, the towels that were given to us were torn. One day they didn’t even give us bath towels and when I asked for it they said they have run out of bath towels. The bed sheets were old and torn. The shower door handle was broken. They are under staffed and the staff is also not trained in hospitality and wouldn’t clean up after breakfast unless you told them to. If it wasn’t for its proximity to the Fair Grounds, I would have definitely changed the hotel.

- Location: it was close to Tuyap, where I needed to be. However, note that the walk from the house to Tuyap is uphill and about 10/15 mins. However, there is air/a breeze. It was also clean, surrounded by a mall / restaurants, in a lovely & safe environment and with nice and respectful staff.

The property was good value for money. Everything was clean and there was everything you could ask for. If there was anything extra you needed you only had to ask and they would try their best to help. The staff were very polite and friendly in general. Most could speak some English which was very helpful. There were two very adorable cats which sometimes wondered around the reception area of the hotel. Hotel is placed right next to local shops to buy the groceries and toiletries you needed etc. it is right by a main road so always easy to get back to on google maps if you’re not familiar with the area which I liked. I definitely recommend this hotel!!
