Location and it was the only hotel with vacant rooms for the date of my trip.

main reason why I selected this apartment was closed location to office. I traveled with 6-years child and it was very nice place. It is second floor room, very clean, with normal bed. It is very closed to bus and tramway stations so it is quite easy to go to center.
