We booked a place because check inn time was 00:00-00:00 we knew we ll b very late so we assume 22h00 -23h00 time of arrival then we were late about 45minutes to an hour due to difficulties in finding a place when we call host fir direction he say he is sleeping he didn't give us any we struggled to get it until we find it about 01:30 in the morning we call host he said they are sleeping and he is not in his bnb /place we booked let us no option to stay on the car till morning I was very very disappointed I trusted booking.com its a reliable booking site because I always use it no refunds no apologies can I have advise on this matter
