It was a bit of walk to find the hotel but it was absolutely worth it. There's a little cafe at the hotel lobby and the check in was smooth and quick. The room was just the right size for my boyfriend & I. The bedroom was exceptionally comfortable as the sheets are so soft and fluffy. Both of us rested very well. It was a pity we only stayed for 1 night.

Gosti imaju pristup ekskluzivnom salonu (otvoren samo određenim danima) i baru sa panoramskim pogledom na grad.... Such a luxurious stay. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was a lovely surprise. The room was absolutely stunning. Loved spending time in the pool and we adored the room so much we got room service that evening and relaxed within the hotel complex.

Surrounded by shops and restaurants in Melbourne CBD, this 5-star hotel offers spacious suites with LCD TVs, balconies, and panoramic views over Yarra River. Phenomenal hotel -- exceeded expectations! Upon arrival, we got a free upgrade to a superior one-room suite. It was huge, especially for center city Melbourne! (I've stayed in several hotels in Melbourne's CBD, and this room was by far the biggest and nicest.) Beds are super comfy. Rooms are very quiet. Our room had a full kitchen, in-room laundry (very convenient!), living room, large balcony (complete with a table for dining and sufficiently big for a morning workout), large bedroom with a comfy bed, and large bathroom. Staff were really accommodating (willing to let us store our stuff for multiple days while we were hiking). Included breakfast was very nice and efficient, complete with a DIY avo smash bar. Didn't have time to visit the gym (or the sauna / spa) since it didn't open until 6:30 am and we need to leave early, but I expect it's nice given how nice the rest of the hotel is! The location couldn't be better either. SMACK in the center of the whole city. Highly accessible to all major sites, lots of public transportation, etc. Would definitely recommend to stay here. It's going to be my future #1 choice for my return trips to the city!

Newly refurbished Mercure Melbourne Southbank is ideally located just 601m from Southbank Promenade on the Yarra River, a 10 min walk to the popular Bourke Street Mall, 15 minutes' walk from Crown... Perfect location, for any event on the South Bank. It was easy to travel from the airport by the sky bus and the free tram.
