Staff was super friendly and helpful. Super nice and clean room with two balconies, very close to the metro, cafés, bars and restaurants. Perfectly decorated and furnished, comfortable bed, even earplugs were provided.

Just a 2 minute walk from Planten un Blomen Park and the Schanzenviertel district, this 4-star hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, a Mediterranean restaurant and a 24-hour reception. The bedroom was cosy and the bed had a very comfortable mattress. Breakfast had great variety of fresh products in a buffet service. The cleaning service was excellent and the staff was always helpful.

Everything exceeded our expectations - we were a little alarmed by the name hostel and some reviews but the hotel was delightful - excellent staff and helpful reception notably Tim.
