Somewhat difficult to find, but once you notice the knight statue it becomes routine. The beds were a good size, the bathrooms were good, worth the money. The staff was very helpful and professional. Answered all questions quickly. Went out of their way to find a taxi for me and my wife on a Sunday morning, which, was very difficult to do. The cleaning staff were also very professional. Great location. It has spectacular sights. Easy to explore. Centrally located. Cant say enough how this hotel helped in enabling me and my wife got to experience the best of Heidleberg. You walk out and the castle, river, and church are all there.

Este hotel está situado a los pies del histórico castillo de Heidelberg. Ofrece un desayuno buffet todas las mañanas y se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Heidelberg-Altstadt. Amazing hotel next to the castle. Staff was helpful and very nice. At the check-in the lady at the reception gave us the map of the old town and marked the must see places and explained how to get there. We had great room with a balcony and the castle in background and there were small Haribo packs on our pillows which was so cute. Bed was large and comfy and we could hear the birds singing in the evening and in the morning, and that was so romantic and wonderful. The breakfast was classic, but very good - quite a lot of choice considering that hotel isn’t large. I loved the hospitality and will definitely return there again. Vielen dank für alles! :)

An excellent location in the the centre of the Old City.It is two minutes walk to the Castle and Old Bridge. The room 35 on the third floor has a beautiful view on the Castle You can enjoy the sightseeing from the window of your room 😊
