Amazing hotel next to the castle. Staff was helpful and very nice. At the check-in the lady at the reception gave us the map of the old town and marked the must see places and explained how to get there. We had great room with a balcony and the castle in background and there were small Haribo packs on our pillows which was so cute. Bed was large and comfy and we could hear the birds singing in the evening and in the morning, and that was so romantic and wonderful. The breakfast was classic, but very good - quite a lot of choice considering that hotel isn’t large. I loved the hospitality and will definitely return there again. Vielen dank für alles! :)

This hotel offers accommodation right in the heart of the Old Town of Heidelberg, directly at the Alte Brücke (old bridge), 500 metres from the castle. Free WiFi is available in public areas. The location is very central easy to walk to old town. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff we came across are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are delicious.

The staff was very friendly. Wifi was stable all the time.
