Exceptional customer service from al the members of the staff...reception, restaurant (for breakfast), bar, hairdresser...The ladies at the reception were always available with a smile to answer all our questions and support us with all our requests/needs..Our stay started with a sweet at the reception and concluded with a very friendly and professional taxi driver (who collaborates with the hotel) taking us to the airport

It felt clean, spacious, new, updated. It had everything I could have needed from air conditioning to dishwashing to an oven and a refrigerator. Bonus of a rooftop and self entry. We found apparent very comfortable and convenient. Anastasia is a very knowledgeable, intelligent, caring and kind host; she was assisting immediately with any queries even before we came into the accommodation and didn’t mind answering any questions after check out.
