The 5-star Trident Nariman Point is located in Mumbai, overlooking the beautiful Arabian Sea from Marine Drive. Really excellent facilities with good attention to detail. The staff were truly amazing. Extremely courteous and would go out of their way to make you comfortable. Would like to particularly commend the housekeeping team. Of particular mention is Omkar and Vaishnavi who were out of the world amazing. They made our stay really such a pleasure. Would like to also thank the front desk team. Siddesh at the front desk is such a lovely person and joy to know. The same goes for all the staff that we interacted with during our time here. We stayed at the ocean view which is highly recommended. The view is amazing and really serene. Also loved the food and the order of service. The service team at the restaurant are really first class. They provided a very personalized and excellent experience.
