Rooms are amazing with floor to ceiling windows that make the most of the city scape views. Staff is incredibly efficient, helpful and welcoming making all the aspects of your stay very easy. Very, very convenient for transfers from and to Haneda airport as the limousine bus stops right at the hotel (remember to book the limousine in advance as this is not a service from the hotel, though they help you carry your bags down). We really enjoyed staying in one of the busiest areas in Tokyo; it's very much part of experiencing the largest city in the world. Yes it's crazy busy outside, particularly on a Friday and Saturday evenings, but you feel safe and the environment at the hotel is calm, quiet and very welcoming. Highly recommend! BTW, the most comfortable beds and pillows of all the 6 hotels we stayed in Japan; actually, the most comfortable beds (and best sleep) we ever experienced!!

Well located in the centre of Tokyo, Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside provides buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. The property was conveniently located, the included breakfast was of high quality, the room was larger than most you'll find in Tokyo, and the amenities were all great. We had a very comfortable bed and pillows, and all the comforts of a room you might need while traveling, particularly the washer/dryer. The wifi was also free and fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

In a prime location in the Shinjuku Ward district of Tokyo, Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku is located 400 metres from Samurai Museum, 600 metres from Koizumi Yakumo Memorial Park and 500 metres from Okubo... Hotel was clean, spacious, reception all spoke English very well. They even helped us call a taxi on our last day as we had a lot of luggage. The room we got was a good size for 2 people, plus luggage and bathroom was spacious and clean as well. Laundry was convenient with english instructions for foreigners and the room was brighter than I had expected from the photos.

Open from April 2015, Hotel Gracery Shinjuku offers comfortable rooms, free WiFi and a restaurant, only a 5-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station’s east exit. Seibu Shinjuku Station is a 3-minute walk.... Loved everything about this hotel! The location in the heart of Shinjuku was awesome. The room was big by Tokyo standards and very clean. The water pressure was outstanding. We didn't need our room cleaned while we were there and put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign when we went out. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh towels and bottles of water left in a bag on our door each day when we returned. It was wonderful not to have to request them when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Right in downtown area Kabukicho, Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo offers easy access to transport links. Great location, close to a lot of things in the heart of Shinjuku. Clean room.

Located within 300 metres of Samurai Museum and 200 metres of Shinjuku Subnade Shopping Mall, HOTEL KABUKI provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tokyo. Fantastic location is just the beginning. The dark, sexy decor was fantastic as were the lights in the spa. Bluetooth connectivity in the main bedroom and shower was a nice touch for some mood setting music! There were a lot of small touches that made the room very comfortable, like plenty of water bottles, chilled Thermos glasses, toiletries, hair dryer and curler, panty liners for the ladies, face wash and moisturisers for men and women and the list goes on. The staff at the front desk really went beyond to help us out. Very genuine and friendly. My partner and I wished we'd booked for longer!
