Spacious and clean room with a huge bathroom. Full breakfast served is fresh and more than adequate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Self check-in is easy if you arrive after 3 pm. Hosts give good recommendations to nice restaurants in the area. If coming by train, double deck bus 218 connects you easily to Sheffield, routing Chatsworth House and beautiful scenery.

The breakfast was really good and the host were polite and kind. The female host was exceptional, I told her I wanted to buy some bottle water and she asked if she could give me some for free from her fridge if I didn’t mind. A little kindness goes a long way. I felt great and good that they are still good people in the world.

Located in a listed building in a pleasant area of Shropshire, The Town House offers room-only accommodation. Free WiFi is accessible throughout. Located centrally yet in a small passage off the main street, so quiet at night. Spacious room and bathroom with all amenities. Everything tidy and clean. Free parking possibilities from 6pm to 8am just outside on the street.

Situated in the heart of Chester, the Grosvenor Place Guest House offers free WiFi. Within the city walls, this Georgian townhouse is just a 10-minute walk from Chester Racecourse. The hosts are such warm, friendly people—they made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in and took time to point out places of interest and share some recommendations for eating out etc.! My room was compact but well thought out, cosy and quiet. Happy with what I got for the price I paid & I would 100% stay again :)
