They are always available to help and very attentive to detail, The room is clean, modern, comfortable, and has incredible views, the hotel's location is amazing, far enough from the city to get more peace, but sufficiently close if you want to head into town (you will need a car).

It got the most beautiful view and incurable big windows, the people are really nice and helpful, good food, nice warm swimming pool and direct acces to the beach. Not far from the centre but also tranquil. Nice lighting around the complex by night. Yes, we will come back there!

The jacuzzi in the bathroom was used by us every night! The outside area on the property was also gorgeous - pool, beach access, lots of lounge areas. But most outstanding part of our stay was the customer service - the front desk was instantly responsive on WhatsApp even before we arrived. They booked us restaurants, recommended day trips, customized breakfast for us when what we wanted wasn’t on the menu. It was truly above & beyond what I’ve experienced at any other venue.
