Featuring a bar, spa and wellness centre and views of mountain, Badeschloss is set in Bad Gastein, 700 metres from Bad Gastein Railway Station. This was possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were really helpful and the facilities were excellent. They had a Finnish sauna which was actually pretty close to the real thing. A dip in the roof top pool before breakfast is highly recommended!

I highly appreciate the professional skills of all the staff members, their readiness to help with any issue and friendly attitude. Delicious and beautifully decorated meals from the chef also deserve to mention. Excellent location for ski and recreation.

The whole experience at the hotel was phenomenal, from the classy check in till the day I checked out . Not mentioning the spa experience surrounding with stunning view of the Alps . Need to experience in person !!!

Edith and Silvia are lovely hosts, very hospitable, making you feel like at home. One get a family feel once you walk through the door. We could leave our bags already in the morning, before the check-in, and could also store them after the check-out, during the day of our departure. We got breakfast when we arrived in the morning even though it wasn't included in our stay, this was super nice! Breakfast is great. The buffet provides a variety of options. Freshly boiled eggs are also served! Best location in Bad Gastein, just opposite the cable car and the train station. Super convenient.

There are a few good places eat out in the nearby. Walking the dog in the area is fun way to discover Dorfgastein and please remember to pick up the litter after your pet.
