The staff is super polite, the apartment was spotless. We had a welcome bottle of wine and authentic Hungarian strudel waiting for us. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel is somewhat close to all major attractions. The underground parking is great, although the public parking outside is free, and there were always a couple of spots available. All in all, it was a great experience.

Novi Sad té una gran zona central de vianants amb molts bars i terrasses i ample oferta gastronòmica. La plaça de l'Ajuntament és la zona més interessant. També és digne de ser visitada la fortalesa a l'altra banda del Danubi. És una ciutat per una estada de mig dia.

Vam tenir un problema amb l'equipament de l'habitació i amb l'habitació reservada, però la noia que porta l'hotel ho va resoldre amb molta professionalitat (no es pot dir el mateix dels propietaris). Recomanable 100%.
