Situated in the centre of Schaffhausen, Hotel Kronenhof offers views of the Munot Fortress, free Wi-Fi, and 2 restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kronenhof. Excellent Buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable double room with ensuite. Walking distance from train station and ferry port. Right in centre of Old Town. Definately recommended for fellow travellers.

Centrally located in Stein am Rhein, Hotel Rheinfels is housed in a historic building from the 14th century and features a restaurant with a large terrace facing the river. Stein am Rhein is beautiful--a veritable museum of late medieval architecture. The hotel is in the middle of the "museum" and the streets are a delight to walk through. Hotel service, room, and breakfast were all excellent.

Situated amid a park-style garden, this family-run hotel is a 5-minute walk away from the Schaffhausen Train Station and the city centre. Spacious Room and Bathroom. Great Filling Royal Stomach Friendly Dinner 🥘 and Good Breakfast…. all this was too Good for the Price. Nice unique Garden. They gave us a cute little Table Fan on request.

This hotel is a converted mansion and as such you are in for a regal experience staying here. We had the best meal of our trip in their dining room.

Set in Ramsen bei Stein am Rhein, this charming hotel is 19 km away from the Rhine Falls. The restaurant serves typical Swiss cuisine and free Wi-Fi and free parking is available on site. Large, comfortable, clean room. Friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet with many homemade bread and jams, fresh eggs, good coffee. Good bicycle storage, excellent dedicated bike path between Stein am Rhein and Ramsen. Lovely, relaxing village.

Built in the 14th and 15th centuries, the prestigious Guildhall Rueden is a successful example of the architecture of this time. The refined façade allows you to forget the 21st century. First of all I have to salute the staff: Incredibly professional, friendly, welcoming, and cooperative. The room was so comfortable. All its facilities worked like a charm. The location is extremely convenient near everything. The breakfast is so delicious; it can have more variability but still amazing. Oh! and again: the staff the staff the staff :)
