John was such an incredible help in arranging our trips to Pinzon and Bartholomew. He went over and beyond to help us by loaning us wetsuits, masks and making sure we were happy.

We had an excellent breakfast pack from them on our early morning excursion. Well presented and packed for us to eat as we got hungry on the boat trip. All were wrapped in eco-friendly packaging. 10/10 We were super happy with how they explained their commitment to being responsible towards nature and what they do to be actively involved. The info in the rooms was presented subtly, although not overwhelmingly. The free shopping bags and water bottles were a nice touch.

Semilla Verde Boutique Hotel gives its guests the real traditional guesthouse experience on Santa Cruz Island. It is located only a 12-minute drive from Puerto Ayora. This place is relaxing, romantic and beautiful. I remember not wanting to leave the peace and serenity of this place whilst there was so much to explore around Santa Cruz. Here the staff is family, the food is delicious, the trails take you deep into Galapagos natural history and there are wild tortoise’s as well as birds and pristine nature around every corner. Best stay of our honeymoon! Thank you Katrien and Cattya!
