This hotel exceeded all my expectations (and I have stayed in many hotels with different price ranges around the world). Exceptionally helpful staff who helped us (me and my family of 4) organize transport, find restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is kept in a period style from the 50-60ies (I think), and is very well maintained (I really hope that this original style will be preserved in the future). The breakfast was sumptuous, with lots of food. The location is great, short walks to the seaside and the central parts of the town.

Mr. Abdul Rahman Al Qadi and the general manager Ms. Carmen in particular were extremely professional and helpful in addition to always being always pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is perfect. We will definitely be back for years to come.

Everything was incredible. On the last day we had a puncture on our rental car and literally within 2 minutes the team took the wheel off and shipped it off to nearest garage 3 hours away. Crazy level of service. Incredible incredible incredible!

Facing the beachfront, Triumph White Sands Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in Marsa Matruh and features a fitness centre and private beach area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk. I think his name was Mohamed Ahmed and the lady at the front desk was amazing; She gave me useful tips about Marsa Matrouh. The other lady at the cafe on the ground floor was extremely welcoming and she walked all the way from the cafe to the beach to ask us if we need any refreshment. The room service was also amazing; we had breakfast and when we returned the room was cleaned proactively; the room service lady always had a welcoming smile. Last but not least the beach guy proactively got us towels; set up the beach table and open the umbrella. Everyone was great. Keep it up guys!

Only the manager speaks English, it was then hard to communicate my needs with the other crew members of the hotel but I do speak a little and understand so I kind of made it !
