The staff very friendly, upgraded our room for our honeymoon. The tub was incredible. The house was beautiful, the gardens serene, the tasting menu dinner delicious and filling, great selection of wines, the breakfast also was delicious a la carte style... overall, worth the price, we would love to come back for Christmas someday.

If you want a place to stay away from the crowds on the NC500, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice older style hotel, great location, courteous and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service.
