Situated in Winscombe, 22 km from Ashton Court, The Swan Inn features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Wow what a great place this was! Quiet inn with big heart, fantastic staff, great food, beautiful local people to chat with, comfortable room. It was the highlight of our trip. Wendy took us under her wing immediately and ensured we had a table for the much anticipated Sunday roast. Will definitely return!

Harmony Apartments is situated in Weston-super-Mare, 2.7 km from Sand Bay Beach and 35 km from Ashton Court. This 4-star hotel offers free WiFi. Property was perfect. Everything I could have wanted was there.

Adjacent to The Langford Inn are en suite bedrooms housed in 2 converted 17th-century barns with exposed beams, original brickwork, oak floors and luxuries for modern living. I was warmly greeted and shown to my room. The room is absolutely lovely. They provided many extras. I had Prosecco and an IPA waiting for me when I arrived. The bed is fabulous. The shower was good water pressure and very warm. The linens were very plush and towels huge. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate provided. I ate dinner there and had a wonderful dining experience. Andrew fixed me a bag of food items for the early departure since I would miss breakfast. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I would caution that if you’re a very light sleeper, there are some sounds that might wake you. The cars leaving might be the loudest but they are gone, but I was there when a very large dinner party was happening. I will definitely go there again. It was only a 10 minute drive (easy drive for an American) back to the car rental return. Then a bus to the airport.

The Queenswood is a 5-minute walk from the seafront with a sunny, south-facing elevated position and commanding panoramic views. On arrival we were given a choice of rooms. The breakfasts were good using good quality products . Andrew & the staff were all very helpful. we would definitely recommend this Hotel.

South Sands Hotel is located opposite the tranquil Sand Bay in Kewstoke, near Weston-super-Mare. Very close to beach for walks, not far from weston, breakfast was fab with plenty of choice

With an indoor pool and sauna, this hotel has a locally acclaimed restaurant and overlooks a golf course and sand dunes, just 300 metres from the sandy beach and promenade. The staff were the most courteous and helpful that I’ve experienced in years. They genuinely seemed interested in making sure that we had a great stay. The dining room service was exceptional - as was the food. The Sunday roast beef and Yorkshire pudding was to die for.
