Excellent full english breakfast and breakfast. Rooms separated from main pub area. Very clean and spacious rooms. A bathroom you can move around in and several electrical outlets. Very easy parking and access. Clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Host and staff all very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The family room was very clean, lovely decor, cozy beds and bathroom all good..all made the more welcoming by the homemade cookies in the room. We had dinner and breakfast at the Inn, all of which was first class (product and cooking), against the tranquil setting of the open fire. Overall , fully recommend a weekend away or overnight stay (as we did) in the Compasses Inn , all the comfort, quality and warmth one requires when looking for a relaxing stay.

I got an extremely fancy upgrade to the Manor house! It was like a fairytale, what a beautiful place and room.

Nice quiet location and I liked the fact that the interiors were new and the pub downstairs was new too. Breakfast was excellent and the in-room amenities were a nice touch too. It was a warm and closey location and would be happy to stay here again.
