Offering a restaurant, AbCa's Creek Lodge is located in the inlands about 85 km from the coast. The accommodation will provide you with a balcony. Private bathroom also comes with a shower. We absolutely loved our stay at AbCa's Creek Lodge! The lodge is charming with a variety of different seating areas along the creek. Ansu the guide gave us a great hiking tour, as well as a lovely boat tour through the mangroves, where we saw a variety of birds. Do note that the creek tide ebbs and flows - the creek looks nearly empty in the late afternoon compared to the morning, so time your water activities accordingly. We later went kayaking through the mangroves which was beautiful though we opted to turn around instead of going all the way to the village which meant fighting the current and ebbing tide - a bit of a physical feat but well worth the adventure! The staff was very accommodating, including storing our luggage late and organizing a driver to and from the Lodge (who also kindly stopped at the artisanal market en route). Our wooden stilt room had both a fan and A/C and was quite comfortable (though note the bathroom is private but open to the air, so beware some mosquitoes and spiders). Food options were plentiful and delicious. Absolutely loved relaxing outside watching dozens of monkeys! Highly recommend, this was our favorite part of our visit in The Gambia.

Four bedrooms, 3 with en-suite the other the bathroom/shower next to it. Solar power, seating area front and back, easy to top water tank up so constant water. Cooker hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. TV in every room, local shops and markets in walking distance. For me I could have happily moved in .... Will definitely stay there again, my go to place in The Gambia. Stayed there with Family. 100% loved it.... Night security guy on premises too, felt totally safe.

Perfect bathing conditions (slightly sloping, no currents, no rocks, no dangerous fish/jellyfish, etc.). Free sunbeds. Super nice staff. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner (also vegetarian if desired). The huts are large and comfortable including large mosquito nets. All huts are solar powered. ps. They have German Beer and Wine from South Africa :)

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, being close to the airport and within easy reach of some of the country's most amazing attractions. The host was very welcoming and made sure I had a seamless check-in and check-out experience. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Gambia.
