Once a ceramics factory, Albergo della Ceramica is located in the centre of Villanova Mondovi. Cuneo, Mondolè Ski and the Langhe are just 20 minutes away. This beautifully converted hotel (an old ceramic factory) is a real gem! We chose it for the location, but it turned out to be really warm, friendly, clean, quiet, and delightful! The staff was so helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We walked to dinner (reservations made by the wonderful hotel concierge) and enjoyed seeing some of the lovely city. Great value and a lovely stay!

This is a very comfortable hotel in a perfect location, 20 meters from the entrance to the pedestrian zone of the historical district. The family that runs this hotel has thought of so many little things, from two luggage racks per room, to wonderful heavy ironed sheets, to very classy bathrooms, and there is secure parking (for a fee). It made a great base for a day walking around Cuneo, enjoying the restored 15th and 16th century buildings and eating some great Piemonte food. If we go through Cuneo again, this is definitely where we will stay.

Park Hotel, Mondovi’s only 4 star hotel, has recently been entirely renovated to offer modern rooms and facilities in the medieval town centre, just 20 minutes from ski resorts. Excellent experience, we even received an upgrade of the room from the hotel staff, with a fabulous view over the sweet old town of Mondovi. The hotel serves as a perfect base to explore Mondovi and around the bucolic Piedmont region. If one travels by car, there is a spacious underground parking lot. We also enjoyed the breakfast, I especially liked the famed Mortadella :) and the overall service of the hotel. Thank you and hope to be back soon !
