Everything worked really well there- personnel was helpful and friendly, food was great, rooms- spacious, modern with great views, hotel area simply beautiful. We learned that hotel is actually recently renovated 13th century customs building and it is extremely successful combination of old and new- amazing renovation effort! We also tried some SPA treatments and massages were one of the best we ever had- can definitely recommend it. Also area offers a lot so it was never boring. Fantastic place to spend your time and relax. We plan to come back!

Upon our arival, we had an upgrade to our room which I always really appreciate. The hotel itself is very luxurious and a great place to go with your partner to pass a weekend in Venice. We walked basically everywhere and very easy to reach from the train station.
