Located in New Plymouth town centre, King and Queen Hotel Suites offer luxurious accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a 42-inch plasma TV with cable channels. The woman at the front desk was lovely and professional. She couldn't do more to make sure we had enjoyed our stay. The unit was roomy with everything you could ask for. I thought I had left something behind and rang the hotel to enquire...again the young lady couldn't do enough to help.

I like the food and the room service coz it took them only a few minutes and we don't have to wait for that long.The staffs are really friendly and their service was really great.Awesome 💖🙏.We love the room because it's really clean and tidy and we can see the view outside and our window is facing the road to the city.

The whimsical decorating in the hotel matches the general atmosphere of New Plymouth. The location is conveniently located in the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. This also serves as a nice base for exploring the Egmont National Park and other nearby beaches. Luke was incredibly knowledgeable and was happy to assist with my questions, The hotel has free private parking nearby. Keep in mind that all rooms are located on the second floor and the hotel does not have elevators. This was well-advertised on the booking, but it deserves emphasizing.
