The hotel is an amazing hidden gem! It is on the far-less traveled North side of Cyprus (part of Turkey). It is located up a winding mountain road in the middle of a working vineyard. Every building is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The staff are remarkable and service is exceptional! They remember your name and what room you're staying in and go out of their way to accommodate you. We loved the beautifully maintained hotel grounds and rooms, which face the vineyard (and some have views of the distant ocean as well). Be sure to book a wine tasting in the lovely tasting room/wine making facilities and a service in the spa. We had amazing massages. We visited in late November so it was too cool to use the pool but it was lovely. Eat at the restaurant as much as possible! Breakfast is plentiful and the options are amazing. Dinner was incredible. They have the best bread we've ever eaten so dig in when they bring it ahead of the meal! Kudos to the chef on the food, truly world class.

Initially we had problems entering the border from South to North at Nicosia because of some covid regulations. The hotel owner personally came to the border and helped us out. All the stuff is so nice and respectful. We also got a lot of travel information about different cities and how to form our trip. My mum had her birthday and they prepared a nice meal with a cake. All in all I can advise the hotel further.
