Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. This place is such a gem! The atmosphere is surreal, the place very clean and the staff super nice and helpful. We chose the double room with private veranda on the river and we were so happy! We also got to try their private onsen, as well as one of the outdoor onsen they suggest, and were amazed by the experience. The hotel was i a perfect location to reach any place of interest in Ito.

Our stay at Iroriyado Hidaya was one of the highlights of our 2-week trip. The hospitality was exceptional, probably the best we've ever experienced even in comparison to other more expensive ryokans. Staff were extremely kind and helpful; we had our own itinerary planned out, but we've seen how they assisted other foreign guests with recommendations to visit around Takayama. We had a Japanese speaker in our group, but the language barrier should not be much of an issue as they use a translation device with international guests. Location is quite a bit of a walk from the station, though we felt that it was worth it and they were extremely willing to help with taxi reservations for the next and subsequent mornings. Very highly recommended to stay here :)

The welcome seating and drink while staff helped us check in was so pleasant, our own personal staff to show us to our room, the beautiful room with all the little details or amenities, our own traditional Yakuta to wear to meals, the private onsen and peaceful nature of the ocean view. Everything was amazing!!

Toraya se află în Gero, la 8 minute de mers pe jos de Gero Station, și oferă vedere la munte. Lovely little inn, with the possibility to have a private onsen experience. Lovely staff

Yumeguri no Yado Yoshiharu se găsește în Izunokuni, la 9,1 km de Templul Shuzenji, și oferă o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. The staff was very attentive and friendly, food was top class.

Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse 伊豆北川の家 se află pe malul mării în Higashiizu și oferă cazare de 2 stele, o grădină, un lounge comun și o terasă. Its a good location for a quiet, relaxing holiday in a small town. We stayed over the weekend, its easy to take the train to other towns (although it doesnt go that frequently). The nearby Hokkawa onsen (Kurone iwaburo) has to be one of our favorite onsens we have visited, with the bath facing out to the sea, really recommend a visit!! The owner of the guesthous is very sweet and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Will definitely come back!

A wonderful historical ryokan, with a very private setting, extremely friendly owners/managers. The rooms are incredibly authentic. Food was excellent and served in a beautiful setting.

Bousui se găsește în Higashiizu, la 34 km de Templul Shuzenji, și are un lounge comun, un bar și parcare privată gratuită. Everything was perfect. Amazing romantic gateway. 10/10 Friendly staff. Amazing dinner and breakfast. Relaxing. Amazing bath.
