A recently renovated property, Hostal La Terraza is situated in Quito near Sucre Theatre, El Ejido Park and Bolivar Theatre. Great location, very close to the historic district and most of the major attractions. The staff was very accommodating and communicating in English was never a problem. Very quiet nights, and plenty of very hot water. The view from the terrace makes it very clear how this hostel got its name. I highly recommend this facility, and I plan to return here later this year.

Set in Cuenca, less than 1 km from Pumapungo Museum, Nonno’s House offers recently renovated accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. The place its a small appartment very close to the city center with everything around you. Clean, with a little kitchen, for us was exactly what we need. Good raport price/ quality.

Suite Estudio is set in Quito, 1.1 km from La Carolina Park, 500 metres from Quicentro Shopping Mall, as well as less than 1 km from Atahualpa Olympic Stadium. It was very central. Perfect location. The owner was always available and very friendly.

In the Cuenca Historic Centre district of Cuenca, close to Tomebamba River, Hostal Suite Le Fabrique has a garden and a washing machine. This place is a little oasis in Cuenca, well located at walking distance from the historical center. Everything was perfect: the warm welcome by Franco and his wife, the wonderful coffee, the spacious and clean room with terrasse and kitchenette. Very good breakfast and attentive to special dietary needs. It’s a real gem in Cuenca. We highly recommend it and would definitely go back! Grazie Franco!

Marisol was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was huge. Our visit to Quito was great with no issues of security or anti-social behaviour.

We have such an amazing stay. Loved this hotel. Maria and Marie treated us like VIPs and did everything they could to make our stay special. Highly recommended.

Offering city views, Los Angeles Stay Inn is an accommodation set in Quito, 2.9 km from Iñaquito Mall and 1.8 km from La Carolina Park. It is situated 1.8 km from El Ejido Park and features a lift. Very neat and comfortable apartment with a great view. If you value your privacy like me you'll like it here as there is minimal contact with staff. Walking distance to many things and importantly Plaza Foch.

The Fontana: Location + Pool is located in Quito. Including a private pool and a terrace, this apartment also has a restaurant. This amazing apartment is located in a very fancy building, a safe area of Quito right next to restaurants and parks. Security, private, modern, fancy, and easy to check in. The landlord accepts PayPal and cash only, not credit cards. I like this apartment a lot. They have 2 huge rooms and 2 separate bathrooms too. Huge wardrobe walk-in.
