The staff is very friendly and helpful, with tips for places to eat. Room large and clea, bed comfortable, large bathroom and wardrobe. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Coffee ok. The location is really good, near to train and bus station, subway, walking distance from everything. Very good choice to stay in Madrid.

L'elegant Catalonia Plaza Mayor es troba al centre de Madrid, a 600 m de la Plaza Mayor i a 10 minuts a peu dels Museus del Prado i Thyssen-Bornemisza. Location great if you want to see any (or all) of the three big museums. The plazas at either end of Calle de las Huertas were great places to have a drink or a meal. And it was also very handy when it came time to catch our train to Seville, since it left from Atocha Station, just up the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable.

Located in the Barrio de las Letras, Gran Hotel Inglés - The Leading Hotels of the World is set on a 19th century building, and offers 5* accommodation 300 metres from Puerta del Sol and only 600... The staff was beyond helpful. Very nice from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. The bar was right out of a postcard

Attractively set in the centre of Madrid, Atocha Hotel Madrid, Tapestry Collection by Hilton features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a garden. The location of the hotel was great, as was, the delicious breakfast! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will happily stay there again.
